An inmate at the Downstate Correctional Facility in Fishkill was re-arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
State Police from the Wappingers barracks arrested 32 year old Tyler Sinclair Scott on a violation of probation from Cobb County, Georgia stemming from Felony convictions of Assault and Terroristic Threats. Scott was arraigned in Dutchess County Court and remains at the Downstate Correctional Facility pending extradition to Georgia.
