The Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce is hosting its annual Balloon Festival beginning today.
The action is happening at Barton Orchards in Poughquag with free morning balloon launches Saturday and Sunday at the orchard weather permitting. Later in the day there are all kinds of family activities including live music, helicopter rides and fireworks at night. More information is available at www.ballonfesthv.com.
