The Dutchess County SPCA tomorrow is participating in the nationwide “Empty the Shelters Event.”
With the help of the Bissell Pet Foundation there will be no fees on adoptions for approved pet parents. It all takes place at the Dutchess County SPCA, 636 Violet Avenue in Hyde Park on Saturday from 12:00 noon until 5:00 pm. The Bissell foundation will also provide a leash for dogs, a collar for cats and wellness information and coupons for new pet adopters.
