Some local school districts are among the best in Upstate New York.
Newyorkupstate.com yesterday released a list of the top 25 Upstate districts for quality educators. The Rhinebeck School District ranked at number 7, the Arlington School District came in at number 15 and the New Paltz Central School District rounded out the list at number 25. The rankings were based on factors like student teacher ratio, student performance and college prep offerings.
