(Orange County, NY) -- Voters in Orange County have re-elected Republican County Executive Steve Neuhaus. He faced a challenge from Democrat Patrick Davis. Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler and County Clerk Annie Rabbit were also re-elected. Voters in the Town of Monroe approved Kiryas Joel breaking off and forming the Town of Palm Tree.
