(Monroe, NY) -- A man is arraigned on second degree murder charges following the weekend stabbing of a Honduran immigrant in Monroe.
Prosecutors say 31-year-old Samuel Del Cid Hernandez of Monroe was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail without bail. Police were called to an apartment on Lake Street in Monroe around 3 a.m. Saturday where they found 25-year-old Louis Rivera dead of multiple stab wounds.
