An “anti-diversity” manifesto has been circulating amongst Google employees over the weekend, shocking liberals and left-wing activists for its call to abandon the company’s focus on “diversity” and its claim that women may be under-represented in the tech industry due to “biological factors.”

The viral document, which is solely the opinion of the author, was shared on a company-wide email list earlier last week, and has been gaining national headlines ever since.

The author of the ten-page dossier argues that the gap between male and female employees at Google was not based in politics or sexism, but exists because of “biological differences” between the two sexes.

The full document has leaked onto the internet, and shows the software engineering urging fellow employees to think-outside of “Google’s ideological echo chamber.”

“I value diversity and inclusion, am not denying that sexism exists, and don’t endorse using stereotypes. When addressing the gap in representation in the population, we need to look at population level differences in distributions. If we can’t have an honest discussion about this, then we can never truly solve the problem,” said the dossier.

“Google’s political bias has equated the freedom from offense with psychological safety, but shaming into silence is the antithesis of psychological safety,” it adds.
