(Highland, NY) --- 29 year old Ryan Williams of Poughkeepsie is now facing charges in a fatal accident on Route 299 in Ulster County last month that resulted in the death of 39 year old Danielle Pecoraro of New Paltz.
State Police have arrested Williams and charged him with Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, Manslaughter , Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Office and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle . He was also charged with the misdemeanor offenses of Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving. Williams was arrested as a result of an investigation into the fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred on July 1 in the town of Lloyd.
