(Atlanta, GA) -- Arby's parent company is buying drive-in chain Sonic in a two-point-three-billion-dollar deal.
The parent company, Inspire brands, was created by a private equity firm as a holding company when Arby's bought Buffalo Wild Wings earlier this year. Sonic's sales at new locations have been declining for the past few quarters. Inspire also owns Rusty Taco, a fast food Taco restaurant chain in six states.
