Tom Sipos Says, Don't Believe The Polls

Don’t pay any attention to the new Quinnipiac University poll out that shows Andrew Cuomo ahead of Marc Molinaro by 23 points.  The poll says Cuomo leads Molinaro 58 to 35 percent among likely New York voters.

What the poll does not take into account is the same factor that made fools of many polls during the 2016 Presidential elections.  That factor is the Trump Effect.  Because of the contentious political climate many independent voters don’t want to tell pollsters that they are voting for the Republican candidate. They don’t trust the pollsters and are concerned that the information will be used against them.

I say be aware of the Trump Effect on November sixth.
