The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory for the Hudson Valley from 11am Sunday through 8pm Monday as temperatures rise to the upper 90's. In addition to the high temps, there will be an increase in humidity, which could boost the heat index (real feel) up to 103 degrees.
If you do plan on being outside, wear loose-fitting clothing and be sure to drink plenty of fluids.
