Pleasant Valley Historical Society's new exhibit starts 8/10/25 #Rev250!

Mill Site Museum

The Pleasant Valley Historical Society's new exhibit launches on Sunday August 10th from 1-5pm in cooperation with Dutchess County's Rev250 commemoration. The new exhibit tells a visual story of Pleasant Valley's earliest farming community; their reliance on horse and wagon, and how railroads, trucks and cars opened a world of opportunity for women and men in their pursuit of life, liberty and property for the past 200 years! In addition, they have a variety of exhibit items to touch, try out, and try on. Also, digital displays, a working P&E model railroad, outdoor antique cars, and David Turner's presentation, "How the Automobile Changed the Hudson Valley" are sure to please people of all ages!

We hope you can bring the family by and join us!
