(New York, NY) -- According to a new Quinnipiac University Poll, more than half of voters oppose President Trump's temporary immigration ban. Fifty-one-percent reject the 90-day freeze of all travel to the U.S. from seven nations, while 46-percent support Trump's restrictions.
In addition, 70-percent oppose indefinitely barring Syrian refugees from immigrating to the U.S. Overall, the poll showed a 51-percent majority of voters who disapprove of the way Trump is handling the job as president.
