(Schenectady, NY) -- Governor Andrew Cuomo is not convinced that recreational marijuana should be legalized in New York.
Many states in New England have already legalized marijuana recreationally or are in serious talks to do so. The Governor says while the state wants to decriminalize small amounts of marijuana and expand the medical cannabis program, full legalization isn't really on the table.
