(New York, NY) -- It's no laughing matter at New York City's legendary Friars Club.
Page Six is reporting the club was raided by federal agents this week who left with "computers and boxes of files." According to the report, the club's finances are being investigated by the U.S. Attorney of New York, however a representative for Preet Bharara's office would not comment.
The Friars Club was found in 1904 and former members include Frank Sinatra, George Burns and Jack Benny, while current members include Jimmy Fallon.
