"I Love New York" Sign Controversy Continues

(Albany, NY) -- State transportation officials are revealing the controversial I Love New York signs were more expensive than initially reported.

Yesterday it was revealed the more than 500 signs that have been deemed federally illegal cost more than eight-million dollars. Initially it was reported that the signs cost less than two-million dollars.

The Department of Transportation says it isn't putting up new signs, but it's unclear what will happen with the current signs.
