The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Department and Chabad Dutchess teamed up on Wednesday to distribute some brand new shoes to families in need. One hundred pairs of new shoes were donated by high-end affordable handmade shoe company Jack Erwin.
The shoes were distributed at the Sheriff’s Department to families in Poughkeepsie. Sheriff Adrian Anderson, Undersheriff Kirk Imperati, Lt. Col. George Krom and Rabbi Hanoch Hecht coordinated the effort.
