Killer Cheese

(Walton, NY) -- Two people are dead and four others have been hospitalized in an outbreak of listeria linked to cheese made with raw milk.

Federal investigators say the cases are tied to a soft cheese made by a creamery in upstate New York. The Ouleout cheese made by Vulto Creamery is sold nationwide and it's all being recalled.

The CDC says six people were hospitalized when they became sick after eating the cheese. One person in Connecticut and one in Vermont died.

Vulto products are carried by some specialty cheese shops, Whole Foods and other retailers.
