(Albany, NY) -- Ahead of the Nor'easter expected to hit New York, Governor Andrew Cuomo is activating the state emergency operations center this evening.
That means state agencies will be ready to go with hundreds of dump trucks, snow plows, and heavy equipment as well as more than 400-thousand tons of road salt.
The Governor says expect changes to the Metro-North schedule when the snow starts to pile up.
