Impressive Snowfall Totals For Mid-Hudson:

The Blizzard Bullseye seems to have been on Dutchess and Ulster counties with some very impressive snow totals.

Unofficial numbers show Rhinecliff with 24 inches of snow, LaGrange checked in with 22 inches, Hopewell Junction reports 21.5 inches of the white stuff and Poughquag saw 21 inches on the ground. In Ulster County Phoenicia was at the top of the list reporting 23.7 inches of snow.

Commuters are facing slippery roads and challenging conditions. There's been a lot of refreezing overnight, creating black ice in many places. There are also six to ten foot high piles of snow at many intersections. Getting around is a real challenge, if you are walking make sure you take it slow.
