(New York, NY) -- Drivers might be facing a big jump in gas prices this spring. One leading industry analyst predicts a surge of anywhere from 20 to 45 cents a gallon at the pumps in the coming months.
Tom Kloza with Oil Price Information Service blames a combination of factors including higher crude prices and more Americans hitting the road. He expects conditions similar to 2015, when retail prices topped out around $2.80 a gallon.
