(Washington, DC) -- President Donald Trump is coming to the defense of Fox News commentator Bill O'Reilly.
Trump told "The New York Times" that O'Reilly should not have settled sexual harassment lawsuits with five women. It's reported that the conservative commentator for Fox News paid 13-million-dollars to settle allegations of misconduct or inappropriate behavior by O'Reilly.
Trump said he knows the host of "The O'Reilly Factor" well and that he's "a good person." Trump said O'Reilly should have taken the charges "all the way" because he doesn't believe O'Reilly did anything wrong.
