I think it is good news that the passenger who was dragged off a United Airlines flight is settling with the airline.
I am sure you saw how Dr. David Dao was forcibly removed from a flight at Chicago's O'Hare airport earlier this month in order to make room for commuting crew members. Video of Dao being dragged down the airplane's aisle went viral, with many people criticizing United's handling of the situation.
In this case it looks like United CEO Oscar Munoz did the right thing as the airline has taken full responsibility for the incident.
