(Bronx, NY) -- Former New York Yankees captain Derek Jeter is having his Number 2 jersey retired on Mother's Day.
He says the decision was his idea and it's also a great opportunity to do something special for his mom. Meantime, the price for a ticket to Sunday's game at Yankee Stadium has significantly decreased due to the forecast. According to ticket industry analysts, with heavy rain being forecast, ticket prices have decreased 53-percent.
