(New York, NY) -- Former New York Congressman Anthony Weiner is pleading guilty in that ongoing sexting investigation.
"The New York Times" reports that under the terms of a plea deal, the disgraced politician will appear in federal court in Manhattan today to plead guilty to a single charge of sending obscene material to a minor.
The newspaper says that Weiner, the estranged husband of top Hillary Clinton aide, Huma Abedin, surrendered to the FBI early this morning. Weiner is accused of exchanging sexually-charged text messages with a 15-year-old girl in North Carolina last year.
