Secretary of state Rex Tillerson says the U.S. takes "full responsibility" for leaks of the British investigation into the Manchester attack. Tillerson made those comments today at a press conference in London with British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson. Tillerson's trip came as police and government officials in the UK denounced alleged leaks to the media.
