(New York, NY) -- You can add mega mosquito swarms to traffic problems, flight delays and long security lines plaguing passengers at LaGuardia Airport.
Workers say they're flying around the stores, the bathrooms, the food court and hovering on ceilings. Mosquitoes have always been a problem at LaGuardia, but employees think the airport's major four-billion-dollar renovation project is making it worse. The airport has brought in exterminators but, apparently, that's not helping much.
The New York City Health Department is telling workers to wear long-sleeved shirts and pants to reduce the risk of bug bites.
