(White Plains, NY) -- A former police officer charged with an Orange County quadruple homicide is pleading not guilty to additional charges.
Yesterday ex-Briarcliff Manor cop Nicholas Tartaglione and former school security guard Joseph Biggs made their first joint appearance in court. They are accused of kidnapping and killing four Orange County men last year in a drug conspiracy. They're being held without bail and it isn't known if federal prosecutors will seek the death penalty.
