(New York, NY) -- People may soon no longer be allowed to smoke e-cigarettes in most New York restaurants, bars and workplaces.
The New York State Senate voted unanimously to approve the new restrictions on indoor use of e-cigs and the measure goes back to the Assembly before going to the Governor's desk for signature.
Governor Cuomo proposed similar restrictions on e-cigarettes when he introduced the budget in January. It's basically an extension of the state's Clean Indoor Air Act.
