A Dutchess County woman was injured in a three-car crash on Interstate 684 in Putnam County.
State Police say 44 year old Melissa Romagnoli of Fishkill was traveling northbound Monday afternoon on I-684 when a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction went out of control causing the collision. Romagnoli and one of the other drivers had to be hospitalized.
