(Harriman, NY) -- A man is dead after suffering a heart attack while hiking at Harriman State Park.
The incident happened Sunday afternoon. Police say authorities responded to a distressed hiker call and found the Orange County man unresponsive in the woods about a half-a-mile from the Reeves Meadow Visitor Center. Emergency crews tried to revive the man but were unsuccessful.
