(New York, NY) -- Nude painted ladies known as "desnudas" from Times Square are in trouble with the law again.
Police say four desnudas were arrested Thursday afternoon for being overly aggressive with tourists. The four were arrested on West 45th Street and Broadway and charged with grand larceny and aggressive soliciting. An eyewitness tells "The New York Post" that the women took a tourist's phone and wouldn't give it back until they gave them a tip.
The arrests come amid recent reports that desnudas and costumed characters in Times Square have been spotted outside their designated solicitation areas, trying to hustle money.
