One of the major new attractions at the Dutchess County Fair this year is the 103 foot tall Powers Parthenon Wheel.
The Gondola wheel, custom built in Holland, offers a panoramic view of the fairgrounds and includes a colorful light show. Powers Great American Midway also has set up a 1950’s style ride called Chop Shop Dodgeem a huge garage-style bumper car ride. The “Tea Time” Tea Cups are also new this year as is the “Funny Fairy Tail Train.”
