Midhudsonnews.com reports that Donald Groth, the president of the Catskill Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation, says he would like to have VLTs in his betting parlors including in Poughkeepsie and near Stewart Airport. Any such move would need state and local approvals. See the whole story here:
