(Albany, NY) -- E-Cigarettes are now prohibited wherever smoking tobacco products are banned In New York State.
Governor Andrew Cuomo yesterday signed a law that adds electronic cigarettes to the Clean Indoor Air Act. While many municipalities in New York have already banned the use of e-cigarettes in public, this bill makes the law consistent across the state.
