(Pawling, NY) -- A nurse from Dutchess County is under arrest for allegedly failing to give patients the proper care.
Authorities say 47-year-old Stacy McAdams of Pawling didn't give medication to three patients at a nursing home in Putnam County. Despite not giving the medicine, she allegedly marked down on medical records that she did. McAdams has been charged with first-degree endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person. She's also been charged with first-degree falsifying business records. McAdams has pleaded not guilty.
