In the City of Poughkeepsie on the ballot there were 9 council races including a Council Member At Large seat where three candidates faced off for the city-wide seat. Democrat Ann Finney, Republican Mike Young and Independence Party candidate Mario Johnson all wanted to be the at large representative in Poughkeepsie; it looks like Ann Finney captured that seat.
