(New Windsor, NY) -- The worker killed in yesterday's explosion at a cosmetics plant in Orange County is being identified.

Police say 57-year-old William Huntington, a Newburgh resident, was the one killed following an explosion and fire at Verla International in New Windsor in Orange County. Meanwhile, an investigation continues into the blast that also left 33 people, including seven firefighters, injured.

OSHA records show Verla has been hit with nine serious violations related to flammable liquids and blocked exits and Governor Cuomo has ordered four state agencies to investigate.
