(New York, NY) -- E-Cigarettes are now banned all across New York wherever tobacco is prohibited.
The law, which takes effect today, bans vaping in bars, restaurants, or workplaces, essentially any place in the state where smoking real cigarettes is against the law. It's an extension of New York's Clean Air Act which was approved in 2003. Governor Cuomo says he's hopeful the ban will reduce the growing popularity of vaping among New York teens.
