(Dover, NY) -- A Dutchess County man is facing felony charges after allegedly shooting several people with a BB gun.
Police say 26-year-old Kenneth Ciralli carried out the shootings just outside of his Dover home on Sasso Lane Monday morning. State Police say one person needed medical treatment for minor injuries. Investigators haven't given a motive for the attacks. Ciralli is facing multiple charges, including criminal possession of a weapon.
