Mall Shooting Case Adjourned

(Middletown, NY) -- The  Crysal Run mall shooting case is adjourned until next month. 

The "Times Herald-Record" reports Michael Perez-Rodriguez was in court today in Wallkill, where the prosecution said it's still deciding whether to present his case to a grand jury. The Forest City, Pennsylvania resident is charged with felony reckless endangerment and misdemeanor assault, accused of discharging his gun while at the Orange County mall with his wife and two kids on November 26th. The shooting left a mother and son injured and triggered a massive evacuation.
