A head on crash between an SUV and truck in the middle of the Mid-Hudson Bridge closed lanes in both directions this morning. The bridge was closed for three hours as police investigated. The crash happened on the wet pavement at about 10:20 this morning. One occupant suffered fatal injuries. The bridge closure caused major backups on both sides of the Hudson River.
A serious accident in the middle of the Mid-Hudson Bridge has closed lanes in both directions. Expect backups both eastbound and westbound. Town of Lloyd Police say the bridge will be closed until further notice. The crash happened on the wet pavement at about 10:20 this morning. At least one occupant has suffered serious injuries.
