(New York, NY) -- Folks around the Hudson Valley are bundling up for this week's bitter cold and wind chill.
For the next several days the forecast calls for an average temperature high of 19-degrees. Below zero wind chills are possible overnight through this coming weekend. Hats, gloves and scarves are recommended for all while the very young, those over 65-years-of age, and people with medical problems should be especially careful.
