(Albany, NY) -- Governor Andrew Cuomo wants to fund a study looking at possible impacts regulated marijuana sales could have on the state.
Cuomo dropped this bombshell yesterday during his budget address. He's long been outspoken against the idea, but the state is looking at a budget gap of more than four-billion-dollars. The Governor says he wants to see what kind of impacts legal marijuana could have on the state's economy, health and criminal justice system.
