(New York, NY) -- Governor Andrew Cuomo wants free public tuition for the so-called Dreamers.
He's reportedly put a provision in his state budget that would amend New York's education law allowing DACA kids to be eligible for the Excelsior Scholarship program. It covers tuition for students from families making up to 125 thousand a year. Senate Republicans however are doing the math and say they can't support giving free college tuition to illegal immigrant kids.
