Reports say Amazon is looking at Toys-R-Us stores that are closing as possible locations for Amazon stores.
Bloomberg reports there are private talks that would have Amazon moving into the Toys R Us locations after the liquidation sales are through. Such a move would expand Amazon's brick-and-mortar presence even more than the recent acquisition of Whole Foods Markets.
Toys R Us announced last week that it is selling or closing all of its stores including in Dutchess, Ulster & Orange counties.
