(Armonk, NY) -- Ticks carrying lyme disease are back for the Spring season.
According to researcher Thomas Daniels of Fordham University, the ticks have already been spotted at their collection site in Armonk. He says it's not unusual to begin seeing adult ticks once temperatures are over 40-degrees. Daniel adds the younger ticks, which are harder to find and more dangerous, will start showing up in late Spring and last through the end of the year.
