(New York, NY) -- If you've been sneezing and wheezing, you're not alone.
Blooming trees and plants are causing problems for allergy sufferers around the Hudson Valley. With the pollen count elevated, a thin film of yellow-green looking dust covers cars and roadways alike. Common backyard trees like maple, birch and oak have especially impactful pollens for those with allergies.
Experts say in order to avoid symptoms, close windows when possible, and wash your hands and face after being outside.
