I Love NY Signs Still Must Come Down

(Albany, NY) -- Those "I Love New York Signs" along highways in Dutchess and Ulster counties and across the state promoting tourism will be staying up longer than planned.

The governor's office wanted them taken down and replaced before summer, but that isn’t going to happen. The signs need to go since they don't follow state or federal rules. New York has until late September to fix the problem or it can't get back a 14-million dollar federal fine.
