(Monroe, NY) -- At least fourteen people are in the hospital, three in critical condition, after a bungalow exploded early this morning in Orange County.
"ABC 7" reports that those involved are teenagers from a Yeshiva in Brooklyn who rented the bungalow. The blast happened just after midnight at the Quaker Hill Cottages in Monroe. Authorities say a few people walked into the building and smelled gas. Another person opened a window which caused an explosion. Firefighters rushed to the scene and put out the blaze. The cause of the explosion is under investigation.
